What happens after I submit the contact form?

Our pre-shoot approach is methodical and strategic: we think ahead of the job and always make sure that we’re shooting with your goals and usage in mind, not just showing up and taking good-looking pictures. We want to make sure that the images we take help your brand achieve its marketing objectives.

What makes Rob-Harris Productions different from other photographers and videographers?

Over the last 30+ years of equipping leading brands with timeless photography and video, we’ve developed a few “particulars” that help us consistently produce high-caliber work.

Meticulous approach: We put a lot of thought into how to best shoot before we even start using the camera. From setting up the perfect lighting to making sure it’s not trash day, we pay attention to details that produce outstanding visuals.
Customer service: We are easy to schedule and communicate with. We consider ourselves an extension of your team and confidently work with multiple parties (architects, marketing coordinators, model talent, etc.). We’re extremely collaborative, but we don’t need our hands held.
We’re artists first, then technicians: Rob learned photography and video as an art form which allows him to notice light, composition, and symmetry to capture precise and dynamic visuals. Those same principles are instilled in everyone who works on our team.
Rigorous post-production: We’re serious about the post-production process and work tirelessly to give each image a wow factor with extensive editing. From removing construction showing out of every window to artificially switching on one hundred lights in a building (true story), we give it our all.

You could call us multi-passionate! We have extensive experience in architectural (multi-family, commercial, corporate, and residential), drone, food, product, hospitality, and lifestyle, partnering with leading brands like Hard Rock and Camden Living.

What are the payment and usage terms?

Great question! We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining is due upon delivery of images. We accept cards or corporate checks. The post-production period is 1-2 weeks.

Once purchased, you will have possession of your images with unrestricted non-resale usage rights. This license may not be transferred to a third party without the written consent of Rob-Harris Productions. Professional talent in our imagery may require additional licensing.
